Delivery
Christmas Delivery Information
All orders placed after December 1st 2011 will be eligible for returns up to 21st Jan 2012 to allow Christmas presents to be returned for refund, exchange or credit. Last date for recorded delivery is 21st December to guarantee for Christmas and 23rd December for special delivery.
UK delivery
Delivery is free for UK customers when you spend over £99.99. Orders under £99.99 will incur a £5 delivery charge. We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. You have the option however for your order to be shipped Royal Mail Special delivery which is guaranteed next working day before 1pm and Saturdays up to 1pm. There is a standard charge for special delivery of £7.
Europe
Delivery is free when you spend £150 or more. Any orders under this amount will incur a £9.95 delivery charge. Delivery can take between 3 - 5 working days.
Rest of the world
Delivery is free when you spend £250 or more. Any orders under this amount will incur a £19.95 delivery charge. Delivery can take 7 - 14 working days although other areas of the world are subject to the local postal service schedules.
We use Royal Mail recorded delivery service for all our shipments.
You should recieve your orders within the following timescales:
- UK - Mon-Thur Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm (If Order Confirmed By 2PM)
- UK - Sat Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm Option Available (If Order Confirmed By 2PM Fri)
- Europe & Republic of Ireland - 3 to 5 working days
- Other areas of the world are subject to the postal service schedules
Returns Policy
All of our clothing, accessories and footwear comes with a 7 day no-quibble guarantee. This begins the day you receive the item from us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Wrong size?
If you have ordered something in the incorrect size, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the item, after which you will be eligible for an exchange only. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must send your unwanted item back to us (in the original packaging, unworn and complete with tags) and complete a transaction on the website for the item that you do want. After we have recieved the unwanted item back, we will refund this order.
Please note that BEFORE you return an item to us, send an email to help@space-clothing.co.uk, quoting your order number (where possible) and the item that you ordered.
